Mammalian Brain
Corresponds to the limbic system of the brain – or the evolutionary second layer. Controls emotions such as joy, sadness, excitement, surprise, amazement, and love, among others. A problem with the limbic layer will create abnormal emotional responses. The limbic system also controls anger, fear, guilt, worry, pain, joy… and a range of other human emotional responses.
