01. Lie on your back and relax fully. Place a small stuffed toy on your abdomen, just below the belly button. Part your legs slightly and bring your arms to the side, palms facing upward.
02. Close your eyes and feel the natural rhythm of your breath. Feel your chest gently rising and falling. Let your body relax more and more deeply with each breath.
03. Once your body is fully relaxed, focus on bringing the breath down to the abdomen as your buddy rides up and down. Avoid straining or forcing your abdominal muscles. Continue for at least 5 minutes.
