If you want to be happy, stop waiting for others to make you happy.
Just decide to be happy. If your life seems too dreary, smile anyway.
This may seem like Pollyanna, pie-in-the-sky nonsense at first, but it is very much rooted in the physiological reality of your brain.
Also, smiling is contagious. Very few people can resist urge to smile back when you smile at them.
As wonderful as a smile is, laughter is even better.
The old saying “Laughter is the best medicine” is literally true.
Laughter boosts the immune system and reduces the stress response, and thus is excellent for brain health.
Furthermore, good attitude and lots of positive social interaction seem to reduce the risk of dementia and other aging-related brain disorder.
A happy brain, it seems, is a healthy brain.
Always remember to “surprise your brain” Easy, familiar tasks do not offer the best stimulation for your brain or that of your child.
Tasks that are awkward at first are in fact the once that create more new connections in your brain.
So always be persistent in the mastery of these activities, and deliberately seek out new challenges for your brain.
What would you really like to do with your brain that you

’ve never than before.
The journey consists of a single seed of thought, which flowers and withers, returning to its original place.
People often call the end of this journey “enlightenment
”.
What does enlightenment mean? What do you have to know to be enlightened?
Is enlightenment the end?
What could be behind enlightenment?
The crux of enlightenment is that there is nothing to be enlightened about.
When you realize that there is nothing to be enlightened about, that is enlightenment.
Does it sound funny? Fishy?
I stumbled upon Ilchi Lee’s excerpt of Ilchi Lee on You Are the Earth.
Ilchi Lee says in his new book Brain Wave Vibration, Nationalistic identities and borders are just illusions of separation. He is right. Many people including Eckhart Tolle, Oprah say that and most of us already have this knowledge of being oneness intellectually. Lee continues, imagine hwo this simple shift in consciousness could transform our environmental and political outlook for the better.
I concur. The Hope, the native American Indian think of the Earth and a living thing. They compare the Earth to the human being. According to them, the Earth turns on an axis, which is the equivalent of the human backbone. The Earth is the root of the life of all things on her. We owe everything to her, including our life. We should really gather our energy and resources to save and protect the Earth.
Ilchi Lee suggests that all humanity should seek reconnection to the Earth as a source of hope. Hope is wonderful thing. Hope is the catalyst when you are discouraged or frustrated with something.
