BE Push-ups
01. Place the palms on the floor, directly under the shoulders. Keep the body perfectly straight as you push your body off the floor. Look forward and keep your feet together.
02. Bend your elbows at a 90-degree angle as you lower your body to the floor. Keep your back and legs straight.
03. Push back up to the starting position and repeat.
BE Sit-ups
01. Lie on the floor and bend your knees at a 90-degree angle. Keep your hands on your lower abdomen.
02. Lift your chest to an upright position, keeping your feet on the floor and your palms on your abdomen.
