Breath Law

For someone who is holding his breath, one minute will seem like an eternity. If you tell him to breathe in more without breathing out, how will he feel? Grateful, do you think? I think not.  Ilchi Lee says that no one can exist for long without completing this natural cycle. No one can exist without breathing out after breathing in. This law applies to whole civilizations as well as to individuals. This law of the cycle even applies to the earth and the universe. Our breath is intricately tied to the breath of the earth. Will we hear the wonderful sound of relief as we begin to breathe out, or will we wheeze and struggle to force more air into our already filled lungs?

So we need to breathe out. We need a unified shift in the direction of our civilization. This cannot happen with just one or two persons, one or two groups, or even one or two countries. We need to breathe a world wide collective sigh of relief. Instead of an army of experts who see different parts of the picture, we need to be enlightened enough to see the whole picture. With the wisdom to complete the circle of life, we may begin again. Will we make this choice ourselves, or will the choice be forced upon us?

In the next ten years, we need one hundred million people around the world who realize the wisdom of breathing out, for the simple act of exhaling will have become the ultimate act of love for humanity and love for the Earth. We have this next ten years to begin to breathe out on our own. Otherwise, we shall have forfeited our right to breathe, period. We will have the air forcibly pumped out of our lungs by the inexorable process of life.

We need one hundred million people who will start the process of collective exhaling. Those one hundred million people will be the salvation for all of humanity. One hundred million enlightened souls. Will you be one of the hundred million?
